Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The building and design portion was easy with the help of Bel Gra construction, and we were at 100% occupancy before we opened our doors! I’ve got lots of help managing the property, and our spaces fill up quickly. We do have a few options opening up next month, and I expect they will fill up quickly.

As artist, we struggled to find not only affordable studio space but a community of affordable art studio spaces. We are proud of what we have built. A collaborative artist community with affordable studio space.
Each studio has its own meter and temperature control, along with fabulous natural light and easy access.

Jeanie with BellGra Construction helped us design and build the additional studio spaces as well as providing any maintenance we need. Dr Evan Palmer us helping to manage the space and assists in showing studios to new artist.
Leslie Sullivan and Amy Koflat are both realtors helping me with online lease agreements.
Each and every artist who has been a part of our vision either as a tenant, guest artist, or attendee of our events. The Bella Bottega is a living, beautiful entity designed for artists and art lovers.

- 1850 plus utilities for 900 sq ft studio space
- 1100 plus utilities for a 500 sq ft space
