Rising Stars: Meet Marjorie Eldira-Dieujuste of Houston

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marjorie Eldira-Dieujuste.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey started with a deep love for wellness and people. I studied Exercise Science & Health Promotion, and later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Sports & Athletics Administration—because I’ve always believed in merging passion with purpose. After relocating back to my hometown of Naples, Florida, I stepped into the world of wedding planning and launched my own company, All Events Mode. It was in that season I really discovered the magic of storytelling, creativity, and aesthetics. Being featured in Munaluchi Bride Magazine Online in 2021 and receiving the WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Awards in 2020, 2022, and 2023 were such affirming moments.

But over time—especially after becoming a mom in 2023 and settling into life in Houston—my heart started to shift. I felt called to something that captured all of me: the wife, the mom, the entrepreneur, the woman navigating life with faith and purpose. That’s how I found my yearning for digital content creation. Today, I share my world through fashion, motherhood, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship—hoping to inspire, encourage, and connect with others who are showing up and building lives they love authentically and unapologetically. My mission is simple: to live purposefully and help others feel seen and empowered to do the same.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been navigating entrepreneurship while trying to show up consistently on social media. It’s easy to feel the pressure to always be “on”—to post the perfect photo, say the right thing, and stay relevant in an ever-changing space. There were times I questioned whether I was doing enough or if I was even on the right path.

Balancing all of that with motherhood and building a brand from the ground up has been no small feat—but it’s also been incredibly rewarding. There have been late nights, moments of burnout, and seasons where I had to step back to protect my peace. What keeps me going is my faith—it’s the foundation of everything I do. I truly believe that God placed these passions in me for a reason. Even when I can’t see the full picture, I trust that He’s writing something beautiful with my story.

Another thing that keeps me grounded is my husband, Widlin. He constantly reminds me that I need to believe in myself more. He sees the gifts and talents in me—even when I struggle to see them myself—and his words have carried me through so many difficult seasons. That kind of support means everything, especially on the tough days.

Those struggles have shaped how I show up. They’ve pushed me to create content that’s not just polished, but real. To connect with others who are walking similar paths. Over time, I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always come with applause. Sometimes, it happens in the quiet—in those small, faithful moments when I choose to keep showing up. And it’s in those moments that I’ve been most transformed—not just as a brand, but as a woman, a wife, a mother, a creator, and a believer.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
As a digital creator, I focus on fashion, motherhood, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship—sharing real, relatable content that speaks to the modern woman juggling it all while staying true to her identity. My background plays a huge role in what I do. I’m a first-generation college graduate and the daughter of immigrants. Growing up, there were many expectations that I would fail or not dream too big—but I used that as fuel to push harder, dream higher, and build something meaningful.

My work is rooted in authenticity and intentionality. Whether I’m styling an outfit, sharing mom life moments, or encouraging fellow women in business, my goal is always to inspire and uplift. I specialize in creating content that feels both elevated and down-to-earth. I love curating looks that are stylish yet accessible, and I share my journey as a mom and entrepreneur with honesty and grace. I think that’s what I’ve become known for—being real, while still keeping things inspiring and full of purpose.

What I’m most proud of is the community that has grown around my content. Women message me saying they feel seen, encouraged, and inspired to pursue their own calling—and that means everything to me.

What sets me apart is my story: the blend of professional experience, faith, and personal journey that shapes how I show up online. I’m not just creating for the sake of content—I’m building something that reflects my heart, my journey, and my belief that women can thrive in all areas of their lives without losing who they are. I create content that celebrates the multifaceted woman—stylish, strong, faith-filled, and authentic.

I’m most proud of the way I’ve been able to stay true to myself while inspiring women who look like me, come from humble beginnings, or have ever felt like they didn’t belong in certain spaces. What truly sets me apart is my perspective. I’m not just sharing pretty images—I’m telling a story of resilience, faith, and purpose. Every post, every partnership, every word I share is part of a bigger mission: to show that it’s possible to thrive, even when the odds are stacked against you.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that obedience is greater than perfection. I used to think I had to have it all figured out or show up flawlessly to be taken seriously. But over time, I’ve learned that God doesn’t call the perfect—He calls the willing.

Another powerful lesson has been the importance of staying rooted in what truly matters—especially family. Losing my father in 2022 shifted everything for me. It reminded me that life is fragile, time is sacred, and the people we love are our greatest treasure. That loss made me more intentional with how I show up—not just online, but at home, in my marriage, with my daughter, and in the legacy I want to leave behind.

In this digital world, it’s so easy to get caught in the comparison trap, constantly measuring success by numbers or trends. I’ve also realized that comparison is a thief of joy. It’s easy to measure your progress against someone else’s highlight reel, but I’ve had to constantly remind myself that my lane is mine for a reason and to stop looking sideways and start looking up. My story, my journey, and my pace are all part of a divine plan.

Now, I lead with grace, faith, and heart—celebrating even the small wins, because they’re the bricks that build a life of meaning. The hashtag my husband and I live by is #LivingPurposefully, because that’s what this journey is all about: showing up with intention, honoring where I come from, and trusting God with where I’m going.
