Hi Natasha, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I have always loved art, and being able to create things. I love to create stories from the imagination and share those stories with others. More importantly, I love to be able to create others’ stories so that they can share their story visually ♥ One thing I have learned on my journey through photography is that everyone has a story. Your family, friends, work, etc. Your life is a story. And that is what I love to do. Capture just that. Your story through themed sessions to imaginative, unique artwork.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any business, it has its ups and downs. But what I can say is through all of it, I have met some of the most amazing people to now call my friends. I have been blessed to be allowed to create and portray some really heartfelt images that mean the world for my clients. From helping a grieving mother to celebrating life and all the in-betweens, it has been an absolute honor for my clients to have chosen me to be a part of telling their story.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
The type of Photography I am known for is themed portraits and my signature sessions (Imaginative Portraits) as well as having fun! I thrive on doing my best to provide themed sessions that are the most unique with creative setups that I have poured my heart into for my clients. Romantic Rowboat Sessions, Mini Greenhouse for Littles, Vintage Truck Set Ups, Beautiful Custom Macramé Swing Nestled in a Beautiful Greenhouse with all the Beautiful Flowers are just a few of Many! The signature sessions are designed to bring your imagination to life. Exactly what Walt Disney says… “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Every image is custom to you that we create together. We create Images rather than just take a picture. We will work together from the beginning….
From what you might be imagining wanting to come to life, to planning and down to the shooting. I want to make sure what you have envisioned is exactly what will be hanging beautifully on your walls. Remember, your imagination is limitless. ♥ This is a complete customized unique one of a kind artistic session with artwork catered just for you!
And most importantly, I want my clients be relaxed and to have fun! Most all sessions are done here on my farm at the Little Ranch Farm. Here with 6 Acres of natural beauty, as well as designated beautiful backdrops geared just for amazing images, it’s a single location that offers the perfect experiences for every season.
On our private property, you won’t have to worry about other people in the background, changing in a public restroom, or where to go if it starts to drizzle. Pets of all kinds are always welcomed and kids can run free. I hear over and over: “I didn’t know photos could be relaxing and fun.”
