Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Perges
Hi Paul, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m originally from the Philippines but moved to the states when I was 6, and stayed in VA for most of my life. I recently moved to ATX a few months ago to pursue music. I’ve always been a music lover and always participated in any music activities. I started taking music seriously around 3-4 years ago and one of my greatest achievements was being able to create a masterpiece with Sean Love called “Motions” which hit 1.5 millions streams on Spotify. Afterwards, I kept making music and networked with a lot of great and amazing talented people which made me who I am today!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been smooth, but I already knew in advanced that it wasn’t going to be an easy route. I struggled with being inconsistent, no support at times and just stressful situation in life, but you just have to push through.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a content creator/music artist. My friends and I create content as well on TikTok and perform for big streamers like Duke Dennis, Jideon, IShowSpeed etc. in discord and perform for people on Omegle getting their reactions. What i’m really proud of is just meeting all these amazing people that’s built me to who I am today, I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for them so I’m really thankful. I believe what sets me apart from others is that I enjoy making people happy with my passion, I love seeing smiles and their reactions whenever every time I perform and sing.
How do you define success?
Success is being content with what you are doing and being happy of what you are trying to achieve in life and reaching that goal.
