Rising Stars: Meet Tracy Noël of Houston.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Noël.

Hi Tracy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always moved with intention and purpose.
Even before anyone was watching, I was shaping global conversations and making impact across borders.
My journey starts with my time in the United States Marine Corps, where I served in Iraq with focus and discipline. To serving in Japan, where I absorbed the art of precision and diplomacy. To the City of Chicago, where I served as Director of Administration and led with clarity and strength. I’ve lived many lives, but every one of them has been marked by vision, strategy, and a deep sense of purpose.
As a first-generation daughter of Haitian immigrants, I carry legacy in my bones. Over time, I’ve poured my voice into advocacy, human capital, and the kinds of strategies and systems that elevate people. Because there is undeniable power in an empowered people.
Today, I am the founder of Aion Worldwide, a Houston based human capital firm bridging the gap between industry demand and transformative talent across energy, tech, and healthcare.
Houston may just be meeting Tracy, but I have always been a force.
This city is simply catching up to who I’ve always been.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been anything but smooth, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
My first business venture was successful by every measure. It generated consistent revenue, gained traction quickly, and gave me my first real taste of what building strong systems could look like. Walking away from it, not because it failed, but because I grew, was challenging. But I have always been clear on a few things; one, I’m not afraid to pivot if the vision requires it.
Then came Lash123. My baby. I got the keys in March 2020, and twelve days before the city of Miami shut down due to COVID. It was meant to be a symbol of everything I had worked for, visibility, ownership, and beauty in motion. I invested deeply, poured in time and resources, and even through the closure, I kept building. Ultimately, I had to release that dream. And yes, it hurt, but I saw that chapter as a sharping phase.
The truth is, I’ve chosen a life of pressure. And because of that, I welcome pressure. I’ve remained committed to the goal, not just success, but alignment. I’ve always shown up as my full self. I’ve never minimized my accomplishments, my experiences, my skills, or my potential. If anything, I’ve been known to oversell myself, not to deceive, but because I genuinely believe in my ability to rise, to stretch, to meet the moment even if I haven’t stood in it before.
This journey hasn’t been easy, but I was never designed for easy.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My work sits at the intersection of people, power, and purpose.

By title, I’m the founder of Aion Worldwide, a human capital firm that connects multinational companies and global organizations with transformative talent. But the work is deeper than placements. I operate where strategy meets humanity. I help decision-makers build teams that not only perform, but elevate the mission, the culture, and the long-term impact of the business.

What I’m most proud of is that I’ve never boxed myself in. On any given Monday I’m speaking to college students about how to approach their future with clarity and confidence. The next day, I’m working with veterans who are transitioning into the private sector. And on Friday I’m serving as a panelist in high-level conversations around sustainable operational growth, exploring how companies can scale responsibly, with both profitability and social impact in mind. Whether I’m advising a founder or addressing a boardroom, my goal is the same; help people align their talent strategy with their larger purpose.

Honestly, what sets me apart from others What sets me apart is that I don’t just show up to work, I show up with intention, insight, and identity.

I bring the full weight of lived experience, strategic acumen, and global perspective into every room I enter. I’ve led in the military, in government, in business, and in advocacy. So I understand systems, and I know how to move through them without losing myself.

What also sets me apart is that I never lead with ego, but I’m not afraid to own my excellence. I’m willing to stretch, to learn, to speak truth in high places, and to bring others with me as I rise. That’s the real work.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something surprising? My favorite band is Paramore.

Most people don’t expect that from me, but I’ve been rocking with them for years. I love their energy, their lyrics, the sound, it’s just my vibe. It throws people off in the best way. I think sometimes people expect me to only listen to podcasts or playlists about success. But I’m layered. I love strategy and vision, but I also love good music and being in the moment.

That’s the part people don’t always see. I know how to let go and just enjoy life too.
