Good morning Amiee, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Why Hire Us?

We bring a unique combination of experience, quality, and exceptional customer service to every session. Whether you’re a real estate agent looking to showcase a listing or a professional needing standout branding portraits, we’re here to help you shine.

It’s not just about taking photos — it’s about capturing exactly what you’re looking for. We take the time to understand your vision, deliver consistent results, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our clients. Our goal is to create images that help you stand out — and to build lasting relationships so you feel confident coming back again and again.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Amiee!

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and moved to Texas about 25 years ago. I’m a professional photographer based in Houston, serving the city and surrounding areas. I specialize in real estate photography & more and business headshots, helping professionals present their best selves and make powerful first impressions.

My love for photography began in high school while working on creative projects. My dad shared his own passion for photography with me, and that connection sparked a lifelong interest. I went on to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Art from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, focusing primarily on photography.

I’m also a proud wife and mom to two amazing kids — Aubrey (16) and Antonio (11) — who light up my life every day. Our family includes two sweet dogs, Hollie (6) and Bentley (3), and one hermit crab who’s been with us for quite a while!

Over the years, I’ve supported my husband in his real estate business, which helped me understand firsthand what professionals in that industry need when it comes to high-quality visuals. That experience drives my mission to help realtors, designers, and other business professionals elevate their brand through compelling imagery.

As a professional, you need every tool available to stand out — and strong, polished photography is one of the most powerful tools there is. That’s where I come in. I stand behind my work and bring all of my skills, creativity, and dedication to deliver images that truly make an impact.

Because at the end of the day, we all know: a picture is worth a thousand words.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who taught you the most about work?
“I wouldn’t say one single person taught me everything about work, but my dad definitely inspired my passion for photography. I think it all began when I was younger, going to school and understanding what was expected of me. As I got older, I picked up lessons from different experiences and people along the way. Each moment — big or small — taught me something that helped shape who I am and brought me to where I am today.”

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
“I would tell my younger self to be braver and to focus more on studying. Take more chances, speak up, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Education opens doors, and a little more dedication back then could have made a big difference. But most importantly, trust yourself — you’re capable of more than you think.”

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
“I would say my kids! Watching them grow and experience life is truly amazing. I’m constantly in awe of who they are — their courage, authenticity, and how they don’t hold back. I often find myself wishing I had a bit of what they have when I was their age. I’m so proud of them and deeply admire the people they’re becoming.”

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
“Our customers rely on and appreciate the quality of our services. We take great pride in not only offering an outstanding product but also ensuring that every step of the process is smooth, efficient, and tailored to meet our customers’ needs. Our team consistently puts its best foot forward, always striving to improve and grow within the company. For us, it’s not just about a paycheck — it’s about delivering the highest level of service and quality possible.”
