Story & Lesson Highlights with Karina Rodil

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Karina Rodil. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Karina, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day at Le Corps Body Sculpting in Houston starts early with energy, gratitude, and focus on our clients. Each morning, we prepare our treatment rooms, check our Candela GentleMax Pro Laser systems, and review every client’s personalized plan. Whether it’s laser hair removal, body sculpting, facials, or skin-tightening sessions, our goal is to create a calm, elegant, and professional atmosphere where clients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

Most of my day is spent consulting with clients, customizing protocols, and overseeing treatment quality to make sure every service meets the standards that have made Le Corps one of Houston’s trusted med spas. I also dedicate time to research new technology, staff training, and refining our client experience.

Evenings are about reflection and follow-up reviewing client progress and responding personally to messages and Google inquiries. It’s busy, but it’s fulfilling because every day we see confidence growing in

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Karina Rodil, and I’m the founder of Le Corps Body Sculpting in Houston, Texas a med spa dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered through advanced aesthetic treatments. What makes Le Corps special is our combination of science, technology, and genuine care. We don’t just perform treatments — we personalize every experience to match each client’s skin type, goals, and lifestyle.

At Le Corps, we specialize in laser hair removal, body sculpting, facials, and skin tightening, using the Candela GentleMax Pro, one of the most trusted lasers in the industry. Our philosophy is simple: self-care should feel luxurious, safe, and effective. Every service is designed to deliver visible results without compromising comfort or safety.

What makes our brand unique is the emotional connection we build with clients. We’ve created a peaceful, elegant environment where every person feels valued and understood. Over the years, we’ve seen incredible transformations not only in appearance but in self-esteem.

We’re currently expanding our services and working on new wellness programs designed to complement aesthetic treatments creating a full experience that supports both inner and outer beauty.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
The biggest lessons I’ve learned about work have come from building Le Corps Body Sculpting in Houston especially from listening to our clients. Every person who walks through our doors reminds me that real success isn’t just about technology or results; it’s about trust, consistency, and genuine care.

Running a med spa taught me how important it is to balance science and empathy. I learned that people don’t just look for the best laser hair removal, facial, or body sculpting treatment they look for someone who truly understands their needs and makes them feel comfortable in their own skin.

It also taught me that excellence comes from the small things: a clean space, a warm smile, a follow-up call, and a personalized plan. Those details define our reputation and make Le Corps one of Houston’s most trusted med spas.

Work has taught me that passion alone isn’t enough you need discipline, constant learning, and the courage to adapt. Every challenge has shaped me into a stronger leader, and every happy client reminds me why I started this journey.

When did you last change your mind about something important?
I recently changed my mind about how I define success. When I first opened Le Corps in Houston, I thought success meant constant growth, expansion, and visibility. Over time, I realized that true success comes from connection and client trust the quiet satisfaction of seeing someone leave happier and more confident than when they arrived.

This realization reshaped how I run Le Corps. Instead of focusing only on growth, I began prioritizing training, technology, and individualized care. We refined our laser hair removal, facial, and body sculpting protocols, upgraded to advanced technology like the Candela GentleMax Pro, and made client follow-up a core part of our process.

That change reminded me that in the aesthetics world, genuine care creates lasting success. Every smile, every thank-you, every returning client proves that when we focus on people first, everything else follows naturally.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes , the public version of me is very much the real me. What you see at Le Corps in Houston is exactly who I am every day: passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I don’t separate my personal values from the way I run the business.

Authenticity is everything in this industry. Clients can tell when someone truly cares versus when they’re just selling a service. At Le Corps, I make sure that every consultation, every facial, and every laser session reflects honesty, professionalism, and kindness. The calm, welcoming energy that clients feel when they walk in is the same energy I bring to every part of my life.

The public version of me the one focused on quality, safety, and real results is not an image; it’s my standard. I believe that’s why Le Corps has become one of Houston’s trusted med spas: because what we show online is exactly what we deliver in person.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What will you regret not doing?
I think the only thing I would ever regret is not believing big enough in the vision I had for Le Corps. When I started this journey in Houston, I wanted to create a space where beauty and confidence could come together a place where people felt seen, heard, and cared for. Looking back, every time I hesitated out of fear or overthinking, I learned that growth only happens when you take the leap.

I would regret not expanding that vision further not sharing what makes Le Corps special with more people who need a boost of self-confidence or a moment of self-care. My goal is to keep growing, opening new doors, and inspiring others, especially women, to believe they can build something meaningful on their own terms.

So, my biggest regret would be holding back. I never want to stop learning, innovating, or creating new experiences that make our clients feel proud of who they are. That mindset keeps Le Corps evolving every day.
