Today we’d like to introduce you to Charity Colvin.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Chic Linen started as a dream of wanting to take a talent that I was blessed with, and make it a reality.

My entire life I was always the girl who wanted to add a little “Extra” to the decor of any event from family and friends that I was asked to decorate. I decided a year ago to make my dreams a “Reality”. I wanted to create a linen business that was more of a modern, edgy, but still that fabulous “Chic” look and feel.

At that moment “Chic Linen by CC” was born. I would definitely say that my accomplishments in a short period of time, is due to hard work and “Determination”.

Has it been a smooth road?
As expected, it has not been an easy road. Everything from staffing issues to detail issues, but at the end of the day “Failure” is not an option when “Focus & Determination to Succeed” is your only goal. So I welcome the challenges to get to “Success”. I’m still traveling the long road ahead to success, but the journey has been eventful, knowledgeable, and every effort of hard work has definitely been worth it. I look forward to the future and endless possibilities for “Chic Linen by CC”. “Where Elegance & Chic Style Meet”

What I love the most about Houston is our diversity and endless opportunities for the Wedding & Event Industry.

For me there is nothing that I don’t like about our great city, as Houston is the foundation for Chic Linen by CC and has given me the “Stepping Stones” I need as I continue on my journey.
