How do you make your art pieces? Why do you use certain materials?
I work in different mediums such as acrylic, watercolor, pen, oil and soft pastels. Acrylic paint is my favorite medium to use because it’s easy to use and feel that I can be more expressive. I feel that acrylic paint demonstrates my talent and makes my work more realistic.
What does your art mean to you?
My art is like my second career. I work in environmental compliance by day and paint by night. Painting is more than a hobby over the last two years I developed it into a business. The more pieces I created I feel that I learn more about myself. I put the time and love into these pieces. I want to make sure whoever receives these paintings knows the expressions from these pieces.
Who are your favorite painters?
My favorite painters are Frida Kahlo and Van Gogh. It was so great to reconnect. One last question – how can our readers connect with you, learn more or support you?
