What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times? Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them. Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

The first hour & 30 minutes of my day starts at 5/6am. I force myself to get out of bed, wash my face, brush my teeth and get ready for the gym. Read more>>

The first 90 mins is about gratitude, assessing the events of the day and showing love to every furry and bipedal mammal in the house. Priority: Fuss the dogs, chat with our rabbit, and encourage the Mini Me to kickstart the day in a fabulous way. Before I do anything, I give gratitude to my creator for waking me up in the morning. I’m in the thick of my training for my first World Major Marathon, the Sydney Marathon. This means most mornings involve an early start to get my run in. I usually have just enough time to hydrate and carb load before heading out the door. I love pushing myself physically and mentally, truly practicing what I preach. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of my day are about setting the tone with intention, energy, and clarity. I usually start with a quiet moment—whether that’s prayer, scripture, or journaling—to align my mindset and stay grounded in purpose. From there, I check in on any urgent client messages, new listings, or showing updates. Read more>>

Marybel Yanez

I wake up everyday at 5am, before my daughter and my husband does. I meditate with essential oils and healing sounds. Sometimes I prefer to study something interesting, like now I am studying John Maxwell 15 laws of growth, I make notes, and write down actions that I want to implement. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of my day include the daily morning prayers, including the Psalms of the day, and the Torah portion of the day, and a gratitude journaling practice that I have. Read more>>

As a homeschool mom, the first 90 minutes of my day are extremely important to me. I wake up before my family to drink my coffee, prepare for my day, workout and walk everyday. Without this time, my day feels off. Read more>>
