Hope everyone is having a HORSEY HALLOWEEN 👻 I know, I’m super funny—but alliteration is all I’ve got this year 😭 Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday, but I didn’t have time to make any spooky treats or decorate the house (though I DID manage to dress up 🙌), so I’m settling to share this photo from last month. I don’t talk about it much (especially on my business Instagram), but for any of you that know me personally you probably know that my dad’s health has been in decline for a very long time. He’s been fighting cancer for 12 years and is stronger than anyone I know. Some days are better than others and lately we’ve been seeing a lot of bad days. I know things can start to look up and they ALWAYS have, so here is to putting it in God’s hands, with his timing, and laying it all out. I’m not in control of this thing and all I can do is to continue to cherish every moment we get. All of life’s problems seem so minuscule when you put it up against cancer and fighting for your life… if you have your health, be grateful, forgive easily, and love everyone around you fiercely.
