Edward, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What is a normal day like for you right now?
My normal day involves working with a client to help them achieve their online business goals, utilizing their website as a marketing tool.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I started my business back in 2008 after being laid off from AT&T and started my own business in Web Design and Marketing assisting small businesses in the Houston area along with Churches and Non-profit organization. It was then that I knew that there was a need in the marketplace for my services and helping businesses grow in Houston to have a presence and to assist their local community where they do business. Now I have assisted small businesses in other cities across the country to build and grow their network in the area where they do business. Growth is what I teach and train entrepreneurs to become masters of their industry and to assist the local community where they are. It has been exciting and a pleasure to see people from all walks of life grow together in a local community. Houston is a very diverse city with a lot of talent! My goal is to help each business owner to use their gifts and talents to assist others in the community where they are and build with their customers and other local businesses, that way we all are sharing the same resources and no one is lacking in the community. With technology we have the answers to most common challenges we face, but to grow as a community assisting each other in the marketplace to help people as we help ourselves is a goal of mine to spread this concept across the country! I love what I do and assisting businesses in Houston has been a great opportunity to learn how people are taking their business serious and have a passion to assisting others in the process! That’s what I call Growth from within!
Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who taught you the most about work?
My Great Grand Parents Mr. Moses Davies and my Uncles taught me the value of working for a goal in mind and to acheive what you want through discipline. One I have continue to follow til this day. Learning about your gifts and talents and how to exercise them on a regular basis. Growth is very important to me without it we are just existing not living.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, multiple times I thought about giving up, but I remembered why I was doing this in the first place and I read a book from the Napolean Hill Foundation entitled: ” Three Feet From Gold” which talks about a young struggling entrepreneur who encounters successful business men who gives him insight through their journey to success which keep me grounded and humble to this day. I am stronger now with determination and passion to completing my goal.

What belief or project I am committed to no matter how long it takes will be developing leaders from all walks of life to build and grow their business using their gifts and talents for the betterment of mankind.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
Currently I am doing what I was born to do. Before I was doing what I had to do, now that I am a entrepreneur and assisting others to build their own business in the marketpalce has given me a rewarding journey that I will continue to do unitl I can no longer do it.
