An Inspired Chat with Louella LeBlanc of Grimes County

Louella LeBlanc shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Louella, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think others are secretly struggling with—but never say?
I really feel most struggle with feeling a purpose in life. It usually is in our “midlife.” I am 53 years old now but it took the loss of my late husband at 49 to make me RETHINK what MY purpose was. I always thought I had a clue but when something so devastating rocks your core. What made me feel joy, fulfilled and my purpose in this one life I have to live? I have had amazing support system. I am still a work in progress but finding the simpler things, lifting others, sharing my knowledge and journey has made it easier.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Louella LeBlanc. I am the owner of Triple L Glamour Goat Company LLC. A proud Go Texan and Woman Owned Company. I produce small batch, handmade Goatmilk soaps, lotions and natural skincare products.
Our products are handmade on my Triple L Ranch in Bedias, Tx in Grimes County. Triple L Glamour Goat Company is Woman Owned and Proud Go Texan members. All our goatmilk is produced and hand milked from our Mini Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf herd.
My business started from the need of my daughter with eczema. My products can be found in local stores, Tomball Farmer’s Market, festivals and online.

In March 2025 I launched Triple L Goats and Gardens. I had for several years utilized fresh organic veggies and herbs in my soaps. Our goat compost has double nitrogen of traditional cow or chicken compost. We offer our aged goat compost for your gardens, flowers, trees and house plants at Tomball Farmer’s Market in smaller varied sizes for your needs.. We have also added our seasonal veggies that have been a great hit with our customers!

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Growing up I had a dear friend whose mom was a child psychologist. As she was studying to finish her degree and dissertation I loved sitting and just talking to Mrs. Cannon. Her calm demeanor, our mutual church and sound advice as a confidant shaped me in my teen years. I needed her and she stepped up as a mentor. I have shared to her many times and thanked her.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
My first wound was as a 9 year old child losing my mother. I was very close to my dad but lost him at 26 years old ( he was 67 years old). Those were very hard times but later in life I had my children and husband with my dad.

Losing my husband of nearly 31 years to Glioblastoma Brain Cancer has been the most devastating. Very few customers know. It is not something I openly share but I have great family and friends to include my business friends. My late husband Eddie was my biggest cheerleader on this business journey.

Working in the healthcare industry not being able to “fix” this horrible cancer and seeing him fight, lose his 11 1/2 month battle and die at 52 was horrible.

There are no “stages of grief”. That was meant for the dying. You move forward with grief. I have went to groups, Grief share, Hope Gathering and life coaching with Krista St. Germain. I allow myself to feel those emotion and have been able to help other widows know there is a light forward.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, most defiantly! I am open, loving, trustworthy and honest. I treat others as I would want to be treated. I love helping my customers find a natural way.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
Life is short and precious. Take that business trip with your husband or wife. Make memories with your kids. Enjoy quiet nights at home. Unplug from the world. I am thankful for my years at the ranch. We lived a busy life and at the end TIME with those you love matters the most.
