Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi I’m Reyna I’m from Mexico City, but I’m here in Houston for 38 years but the last 3 years I was living in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania was a wonderful experience, after COVID time a leave the business that I have in partnership with, after that I been working in home doing my cakes , I been working also in Restaurants learning a lot having a culinary experience. When I come back from PA I was thinking to work in a grocery store but when arrived to Houston the universe was pushing in other direction, and I begin my new adventure Dolci Delizie that basically continue with my cakes but doing to individual portions of cakes and desserts and trying to have the best of two worlds preparing versions of my cakes and desserts in sugar free and gluten free at the beginning a felt like new on the market been 3 years out is like never been , many things change. I present my baby Dolci Delizie where we feed your soul
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
The child that was must the time afraid for been rejected, that felt not accepted and most the time and most the time wonder about what the people think about her
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
Just few years ago , probably most of my big lessons in life was after Covid time was painful but great lesson that teach me the strong that I am and begin to recognize the process to continue with confidence
