Celso, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Something outside of work that has been bringing me a lot of joy lately is attending daily morning Mass. As a Catholic, starting my day this way grounds me spiritually and brings a deep sense of peace and purpose. It’s a quiet time of reflection, gratitude, and connection with God that really centres me before the day begins. It’s not just a routine—it’s something that fills me with joy and helps me carry that inner peace into everything else I do throughout the day
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped how I see myself is my relationship with God the Father. I see myself first and foremost as His son. That identity grounds me and influences every part of my life, including how I approach challenges, decisions, and relationships with others.
I believe that everything that comes my way—whether success, hardship, or opportunity—is a gift from Him, and it’s my responsibility to respond with gratitude, integrity, and compassion. Doing what’s right, especially in business, matters deeply to me. If a customer needs a refund, I’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. For me, faith isn’t separate from work—it’s the foundation for how I treat others, lead with honesty, and build something meaningful.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up on Celebria. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced moments of doubt, setbacks, and pressure that made me question whether I should continue. But I’ve always brought my concerns, struggles, and joys to prayer. I never make big decisions without first listening in prayer and waiting for clarity.
Even when it felt overwhelming, I didn’t act on my emotions. I waited for direction—and in time, God showed me that I shouldn’t give up. That reassurance came not through logic alone, but through peace in prayer and the quiet confidence that comes from the Holy Spirit. Looking back, choosing to persevere was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It wasn’t just a business move—it was an act of trust.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes—the public version of me is the real me. Through my Catholic formation, I’ve come to deeply value what’s called the Unity of Life. It means living with integrity and consistency across every part of who you are—whether at home, at work, in social settings, or in business.
We’re not meant to live double lives. I believe we must strive to be honest, authentic, and principled in every situation. Who I am with my family should not be different from who I am with my team or customers. This unity of life keeps me grounded and reminds me that faith isn’t something I switch on or off—it’s who I am, everywhere and always.

What I’ve come to understand deeply—something I think many people may overlook—is that God truly loves us, personally and unconditionally. He’s not distant or indifferent. He waits patiently for each of us to respond to Him, to speak to Him, to share even the smallest parts of our day.
Nothing in our lives is too trivial or too broken for Him. Whether it’s our joys, our struggles, or the quiet moments in between, He’s interested. He listens. That understanding has shaped how I live, work, and relate to others—and it’s something I hope to pass on as part of the legacy I leave behind: that we are never alone, and that God is always near, waiting with love.
