Check Out Charles Bales’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Bales

Hi Charles, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started playing music a few years ago when my sister passed away, I picked up the guitar she just got a few months beforehand. I was 13 when that happened so when I turned 16 and COVID hit the Texas I got a job at our local grocery store H-E-B where I spent 3 years saving money to build a custom PC which would be the core of everything I do today.

I invested in speakers and much more over the time from 2019 – 2022 to really decide how I wanted to dip my foot in to the water. Little did I know I was already swimming, just haven’t stepped on a stage quite yet. Thats when in 2023 on my birthday, June 27th I put on a backyard show with local friends who are also artists. (WAYSIDE DRIVE, JONO, Foxmouth & CVL)

A few months later I started booking more shows including me with other locals but this time with the idea of dreamsdocometrueradio.com, a project I was working on a bit. This is now a online radio and media platform that covers everything music worldwide.

Now I am trying to get deeper.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Loosing jobs, friends, family, but also learning the definition of that and relationships is what is being learned still today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in connecting with artists figuring out where they want to go and how they want to get there. It’s something I became passionate about as a regular concert goer as a young boy to now a musician and creative myself.

The amount of time in the details from promotion, connection, and genuine hard work is what I think set’s me apart.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
I was young at the time but it put me into what a friend taught me, a “Paralysis Analysis”
