Check Out Dr. Jessica Kafrouni’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Jessica Kafrouni.

Hi Dr. Jessica, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I opened my private practice almost 10 years ago. Thankfully a close family friend. named Lanelle Hanagriff. was also a mental health therapist and helped me along the way. She got my business up and running and helped me learn the ins and outs of insurance billing. I enjoy helping people through all walks of life.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
For the most part I have enjoyed the many aspects of this job but covid was a challenge. Navigating the switch from in person therapy to online therapy was a learning curve for me but it ultimately was a blessing because I still do over 75% of my business online.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
