Hi Paola, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello My Name is Paola Arellano Martinez my story started during covid i had always being a stay at home parent and when i had my daughter i felt lost and i needed to keep my self busy from going into postpartum depression i always loved to craft and always wanted a Cricut Machine ,my husband purchased one for me i had no clue where or how to start i learned as i went and watched tons of Youtube videos haha and i wanted to learn more and more i learned about sublimation saved as much as i could to purchase me a machine but still i wanted more somehow i read about DTF prints and i joined facebook groups and was about purchase me A PINK HAOLIC DTF PRINTER , i have crafting for 6 years Now . I am very proud of myself for making it this far even tho sometimes sales are not that grate im very thankful for everyone and everything god has done for me. I love my returning costumers as much as my new ones. I cnt wait to see my business grow and who know maybe a big store with my name “DREAM PINK SHOP”
By the way i named that because my Favorite color is pink , i tent to “Dream” too much and well its a shop.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not being a hard or super smooth road especially learning new software for every printer i own but i try my hardest and pray i do lots of prayers lol when i do anything it all eventually works out.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Well i call it my “Work” for me is the perfect one i get to see my kids everyday and enjoy what i love. I specialize in crafts, personalized items , shirts ,cake toppers, cups, tumblers and many more personalized items. I am most proud of my creativity and how i can seat on a chair and a desktop and come up with a design and omg to see a costumers wearing it is everything to me. I believe what sets me from others is that i put my heart into what i do because im not competing with one my moto is me vs me and lets be better than yesterday and keep pushing regardless what goes around my life. Im sure there’s companies and people that do it better than me but i just focus on me and i hope one day i be as great as others and have my own business 💕 best wishes for everyone.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Uy i see myself in boutique or small business in actual shop
And not from my house lol 😆. Im looking forward to see and make changes for the best and learning experiences .
