He is out changing many people’s lives for the positive. The graduates of his mentoring program have achieved the success that they would not have unless it was for the correct guidance and mentorship Ron provided.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Ron is the poster child for overcoming obstacles and challenges in this business. Being a full-time entrepreneur is not hard yet it is not easy either. This is all about consistency. That is what separates him from his competitors in the same field.
In the Amazon #1 best-selling book ”The Real Estate Investors Dictionary”, he writes about how his entire company was poached. Despite almost losing everything. He emerged to build 2 more successful companies during the pandemic.

There will be many people who will come into your life. Some of these people will bring important life lessons that you will never forget. I have had someone poach (steal) my entire company, but I didn’t let it deter me. As I sat there in my empty & beautiful office, I thought to myself, Only I built my company brick by brick. I can rebuild a stronger and better company. If my employees were quick to steal from me, they were never loyal, to begin with. I guess that is one thing entrepreneurship teaches you: Your loyalty and the loyalty of others. Have you ever heard the saying, ‘’You can take it all away from me and I will come back stronger.’’? That’s exactly what happened to me. On your way up, many people will try to bring you down. You must be laser-focused like a sniper to reach your goals. There will be negativity all around you. That is something that will not change. Life is like a game of dodgeball. You’re dodging all the negativity on your way to the top. Life is funny sometimes. Those who you think will support you are the ones who end up not supporting you and those who you never thought would support you end up becoming your biggest supporters

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
FAIL FORWARD/FAIL FAST! The faster you fail. The faster you will be able to attain success and breakthroughs. Always have an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE.

Your mind is like a plant. The more seeds you plant. The more your thought process will expand to think positive thoughts.
A negative mind can never grow. Most people consume bad news via social media and or new outlets. This is why over 90% of people don’t grow and are stuck in the same rat race.
I also talk about this in my book on how to snap out of scarcity. The opposite of scarcity is abundance. The abundance mentality means there is plenty for everyone. Scarcity mentality isn’t a personality trait. It’s brought on by things around you. Try these tips to shift from a scarcity mentality to one of abundance.
● Focus on what you have. Scarcity often scares people from making career changes because they think there aren’t enough opportunities. Think about the positives you have and let that move you forward. Focusing on what you have will help you grow even more as a person.
● Surround yourself with positive people. The people around you will influence you. Spending time with positive-minded people will soon have you thinking the same way. I’ll be honest with you. Sometimes you won’t find positivity within your own family. I know I haven’t on many occasions, but I was able to find it with peers who share the same mindset as myself.
● Practice gratitude. Have an ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE! Trust me, this works wonders. This is so powerful. I named it one of my core values. Gratitude has been shown to improve mental health and well-being. Create a gratitude journal and write down five things you’re grateful for every day.
● Take ownership of your present
Developing an attitude of gratitude starts with appreciating and giving thanks for what you have and where in your life
you are right now.
You can take ownership of the present moment and choose to be grateful or not. We can choose to be optimistic and positive about the present and the future or not.
When you are grateful for your present, you can reframe how you think about what’s important right now. And what
you want to be important in the future.
Last but not least, anyone who is looking to build even one successful company must have a strong foundation. Those are called CORE-VALUES. Without the proper core values. The company falls quick.
They must be authentic and relatively
specific, so they actually resonate with the team. They can give people focus and a greater sense of purpose and engagement, reinforcing a company’s broader goals and feeding into everyday decisions and work. And crucially, values act as one of the building blocks of organizational culture, giving a consistent reference point, even in times of change.

Below are a my company core values. Feel free to explore and implement these in your company. It makes the world of difference. Company core values can make or break you.

GRATITUDE

INTEGRITY
EXCELLENCE
CULTURE
WORK ETHICS

TEAMWORK
