In just one year, Daley Precision Labs has grown into a trusted Houston resource for compassionate healthcare and community empowerment. I founded the laboratory based off more than 13 years of healthcare experience and personal journey as a mother of a son with sickle cell disease. His challenges with frequent blood draws and hospitalizations strengthened my commitment to creating a healthcare experience centered on accessibility, accuracy, dignity, and compassion. Today, Daley Precision Labs reflects our mission to bring science and empathy together while treating every patient like family.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Building Daley Precision Labs has taken patience, persistence, and a willingness to learn. Managing the high cost of supplies while keeping services competitively priced has been one of the challenges. In a competitive market, earning people’s trust and building awareness of the business also takes time.
As a business owner, you wear many hats, and balancing daily responsibilities with long-term growth can be demanding. Those challenges have taught me to be resourceful and intentional about how I grow. My focus is on providing reliable service, treating people well, and building a business that customers feel confident returning to.

What makes me happy is seeing my hard work make a difference for someone else. Through Daley Precision Labs, there’s a sense of fulfillment in knowing that a customer feels supported, respected, and confident in the service they received. Those moments give purpose to the work that happens behind the scenes.
I also find happiness in spending time with the people I love and appreciating the progress I’ve made. Being an entrepreneur makes it easy to focus on the next goal, so I try to pause and celebrate the small wins. Seeing something I’m building grow, while staying connected to what matters to me, brings me joy.
