Hi DevinAnn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is DevinAnn White! (DevinAnn That’s Me!) What a blessing it is to be alive! God has graced us with yet another unpromised day when some didn’t make it, so let’s take to just take time to sit in the spirit of gratitude and humility for a moment!
My name is DevinAnn White. I have dabbled in so many things trying to find out God’s purpose for my life, and after many failed as well as momentary successes, I know that I finally got it! Being married to my gentle giant Eric D. White, id one of my life’s joys and highs! He has covered me with countless prayers and unwavering faith standing in the spiritual gap praying that I would figure it out. He is so amazing, and I thank God for his unconditional love, comfort, guidance, guidance, and PATIENCE with me! I’m grateful that God saved us for each other (praise dance break.. lol).
I am God’s favored wife, mother, grandmother, friend, sister, and daughter, they are the badges of honor that I value most! I walk in the fact that I can do all things through Christ Jesus, who strengthens me!
My journey of entrepreneurship started in the year 2000. I gave birth to my only daughter in August of 1999. I vowed never to work a traditional 9 to 5 again, due to the fact that I never wanted to “not be there”. Yes, I had two sons before her and even three more sons after her. However, the fact that I had a true duplication of me I needed to always be there, even though I dropped the ball on more than one occasion that was the goal.
I started my entrepreneurial journey by planning social and corporate events (service industry), then went to culinary school, and then did the chef things for a number of years (service industry), then I began to teach newbies in the entrepreneur world how to start their business through marketing and proper setup (service industry), then back to event planning and private chef services (service industry), and then back to full-fledged business marketing. If you notice, all of the roles in entrepreneurship have been in the service industry!
Maybe around February of 2023, I decided to finish the last few terms and obtain my BA, Marketing and totally change the industry of focus and concentration to the transportation industry, and I finally got it, right! NOT!
Time to Pivot! Within a little over a year’s time span I lost over 250k in bad business decisions; however, this was only a monetary loss, and a beautiful lifetime lesson that I learned!
God said, “now DevinAnn I need you to focus on service; your purpose is to serve!” I knew that my purpose was to serve in some capacity, I just didn’t know where and how. I have always been a giver, and it has always been fulfilling to help, aid, and assist where I could, and that’s all I knew. However, how I was to really find out how to align with my purpose and what God designed me to do.
So in about mid-March while testing the industry out with beginning marketing posts and test sales calls , I was on the phone with a guy who needed assistance with starting his hot shot business or just simply getting in the industry the proper way. He was explaining to me how hard it is for him to come home from prison starting over and how just being in society is a struggle. We went on for hours about how he was glad he came across my profile on the internet because no one really wants to assist men coming home for free especially women due to the fact they are afraid.
I laughed and told him nawww… not me I ain’t neva scared… and explained why I do what I do. We talked a little more, and we got off the phone (he was my first client and has three trucks now).
My purpose was delivered to me in that phone call. First, I talked to my husband, and we came to an agreement through a seven-day dry fast, April 2024, we dissolved all of the companies that were formed with the SOS of Texas and even dissolved all logos. God, my husband, and I (in that order) gave birth to The Pink Tulip Agency and Stay Safe Courier and Logistics and DevinAnn Gone Digital.
The Pink Tulip Agency is headed by me and is an all-women-led agency offering dispatching, customer service, sales, marketing, compliance, and client mediation services for the transportation industry. We also were recently certified to conduct DOT drug and alcohol testing. DevinAnn Gone Digital is a side hustle that sells digital products geared to encourage, motivate, support, and assist with generating residual income digitally.
What makes us different from all other dispatch companies is that we are an all women company, with a concentration on box trucks, courier, and hot shot services for intrastate loads; unlike most companies, we focus on men reentering into society with not only the proper way to get in and stay in the transportation industry we also focus on the back office support and tedious task of paperwork and the ever changing compliance regulations in the transportation industry.
The most common question I get is “Why the name The Pink Tulip?”
My answer to that question is simple… My favorite flower is the Pink Tulip. I love that flower because tulips are remarkably versatile and will grow in the sun or part shade, so regardless of the conditions, the tulip will bloom, which is what I want these men coming home to know that regardless, we are here to assist them in blooming. Also, many of them just need love and appreciation from a woman! Stay Safe Courier and Logistics is headed by my husband Eric D. White. Stay Safe is an all-male led company that focuses on rebuilding and employing men that are coming home from prison within six months and post incarcerated men with an opportunity to be employed in the recession proof transportation industry. Not only are they gaining employment with great wages to support them and their family, but they are also gaining a family that will encourage, support, pray for and with them, and assist them with being the head and the tail, the lender and not the borrower. Partnering with The Pink Tulip Agency we will also walk these men through the process of being an owner/operator in the hot shot/courier industry as well.
Why the name Stay Safe (lol)?
When my husband and I met, he was incarcerated, and I always ended every message with #stayafe, even though our first messages to each other had #staysafe. So, he said that made him understand that I cared and made him feel safe. He said it has always stuck with him, and he wanted “the guys” to feel that, so we decided on Stay Safe Courier and Logistics.
We assist with rebuilding the mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual so that the building of business will be built on a solid foundation!
In mid April, I switched my major to Criminal Justice with a focus on Human Rights and Advocacy – as well as the courts and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with post-incarceration services for men who will be released from prison within a year. I will be graduating in August of 2025, and you all are invited!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Let’s just say the scripture Luke 12:48: “But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.” This is one of the most real statements in the bible.
There have been many many rocky roads that I have traveled throughout life whether business or personal, however I am here to tell the story so that means I made it! I believe that we must turn losses into lessons and use them as learning opportunities. I remember my mama used to say, “Bought sense is better than borrowed sense any day” and chillleeee I tell you I get it now, I totally understand what she meant when she said that. If you don’t let me help you out, she meant that when you feel the pain and suffer the consequence or take that loss yourself that affects your top, in between and bottom dollar you respect and take more from the lesson or event!
I have faced many challenges. To name a few would be trying to take people with me that were not designed by God with me (survivor’s remorse), making decisions based on emotions and not logic, and one of the most important lessons that came from challenges was to have a million-dollar vision, but the work ethic did not match, which I honestly use to have this exact issue.
With that being said, if I could give any advice, business or personal it would be to have an impeccable work ethic, you are not a loser, you are possibly just lazy! (ijs ).
It is going to take a great deal of prayer and consulting with God, knowledge, strength, discipline, persistence, late nights, early mornings, workshops, tears, pains, and even a couple of let downs but you cannot quit, you cannot grow weary, and you CAN NOT GIVE UP!
TAKE A BREAK, PAUSE, REST, STOP, AND PIVOT, BUT DO NOT GIVE UP, AND DO NOT GET LAZY!!!!! REMEMBER, TOO MUCH IS GIVEN, AND MUCH IS REQUIRED- YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK AND BUILD A STRONG TEAM THAT WILL ALSO POSSESS THE SAME MORAL COMPASS!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We are Transportation! We operate in the energy of Life is a gift from God – never take it for granted- live and love unbiasedly; motivate someone, encourage someone, compliment someone, inspire someone, and or be kind to everyone because you never know the battle that somebody’s fighting. Choose right over wrong, logic over emotion and love over hate.
We assist with rebuilding the mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual life so that the building or rebuilding of business and life can be built and or rebuilt on a solid foundation!
We SPECIALIZE in service! We are here to serve men who have been “cast out,” in so many words, whether through incarceration, life, or any other situation. We want men to regain their proper place and role in the family dynamic! I am a strong and independent woman, yes! However, I do depend on my husband after God! Men are designed to lead, and that is what we do! We encourage and equip men to lead again financially, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The aspect of our brand that we are most proud of is allowing God to order and direct every aspect of our brand. We knew that we had tried doing it ourselves for over the past twenty years with no consistency, so we decided to give it to Him, and we promise that this is the best decision we have ever made!
We also, SPECIALIZE in the transportation and logistics industry only. However, if you need assistance in any other industry, we have business brothers and sisters who can assist you. Just ask, and we will freely give you the information needed to succeed!
We can win! We are so super excited about what God is doing through and for us. Thers is so much truth in the cliché saying “Team work makes the DREAM WORK”!
What’s next?
Now, that’s a simple answer!
Whatever God sees fit, we’ve grown to embrace God’s sense of humor, so I have goals and desires for our lives and business, and I submit them through Jesus Christ to God and leave them there.
We simply ask for Him to guide and order our steps. Allow people to see Him when they see us, and even though we fall short daily, we still pray that He sees our hearts and shows us grace, mercy, and favor so that His divine will come forth in our lives and the ones that are attached to our lives and beyond! We want everyone attached to us to WIN and WIN BIG!
We have grown to create good memories from yesterday’s events, live in the moments of today, and allow God to create the future that He has designed so perfectly in our lives! If only you knew where He had brought us from, you would understand why we are the way we are today!
