Today we’d like to introduce you to Bee Renee.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Bee. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be an entrepreneur. I started multiple businesses and have worked plenty of jobs, but nothing stuck until was introduced to the world of beauty.
In 2011, I enrolled in the esthetics program and have been hooked ever since.
In 2014, I moved to Houston from Atlanta with a wax pot and a dream and a year later I opened Bee Renee Beaute’ Studio.
When I first started my business, I just wanted to make my clients look and feel good about themselves.
I started off offering makeup and waxing services and fast forward to today; I now own a successful med spa. I also help others to build their own beaute’ businesses through my spa consulting & workshops.
My goal is to inspire, empower and motivate others to become the very best version of themselves.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No, it hasn’t been easy.
In life, you are going to encounter problems. There are going to be ups and downs. I have experienced everything from mismanaging money to things not going exactly as planned.
My advice to any woman is to stay consistent. Stay focused, do not get discouraged. And think of the end goal in mind.
What should we know about Bee Renee Med Spa? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I actually own two businesses.
I own a med spa focused on giving our clients the ultimate beaute’ experience. We offer brows, botox, b12 injections, facials, non-surgical body contouring, vsteams and so much more!
I also offer spa consulting for those interested in opening their own beaute’ businesses.
I am so proud of my brand because I built it with nothing. No money, no connections, just faith.
Do you have any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general? What has worked well for you?
Don’t be afraid to talk to people, ask for help and put yourself out there.
