Hi Uniqua, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started with a passion for serving people through creativity, purpose, and faith. I founded **Uniqua Smith Co.** to help entrepreneurs build impactful brands through strategy, branding, website design, and marketing. What began as a creative business has grown into a company that helps individuals and organizations build strong foundations for long-term success.
As my relationship with God deepened, I realized my calling extended beyond business. That led me to create **Called to Multiply**, a Christ-centered community where women are equipped through prayer, biblical teaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. My heart is to help people discover their identity in Christ, walk confidently in their purpose, and multiply the gifts God has entrusted to them.
I am also building **ULStatut**, an upscale luxury hairline with a mission that goes beyond beauty. Our vision is that every wig sold will help change someone’s life by donating a portion of every purchase back to the community. Through these contributions, we will support cancer patients, individuals experiencing hair loss, and others in need by restoring confidence, providing resources, and creating opportunities to give back. We believe beauty should have purpose, and every purchase should make a lasting impact.
Everything I build is rooted in the Word of God. My businesses are more than brands—they are vehicles to serve others, glorify God, and create meaningful change. Whether I’m helping someone launch a business, strengthen their faith, or regain their confidence, my mission is to lead with excellence, compassion, and purpose while leaving a legacy of service for generations to come.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced financial challenges, business setbacks, and seasons where I questioned whether I was on the right path. I’ve experienced the pressure of building multiple businesses from the ground up, learning through trial and error, and navigating moments of disappointment and uncertainty.
One of my biggest challenges has been staying faithful to the vision God gave me, even when I couldn’t see the full picture. There were times I had to rebuild, pivot, and keep going despite limited resources, criticism, or closed doors. Those moments strengthened my faith, resilience, and character.
Through every obstacle, God has continued to remind me that purpose often requires perseverance. The struggles taught me patience, discipline, and the importance of trusting His timing instead of my own. Today, I don’t see those challenges as failures I see them as the foundation that prepared me to serve others with authenticity, compassion, and wisdom.
Every setback has become part of my testimony, and it’s why I’m passionate about helping others build not only successful businesses but also lives rooted in faith, purpose, and impact.

Through **Uniqua Smith Co.**, I specialize in branding, website design, marketing strategy, and business infrastructure. I help entrepreneurs move beyond having just a logo or website by building brands with systems, strategy, and a strong foundation for long-term growth.
**Called to Multiply** is a Christ-centered community dedicated to equipping women through prayer, biblical teaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. My passion is helping women discover their identity in Christ, develop their God-given gifts, and build businesses and lives that glorify God.

What I’m most proud of is building businesses that are rooted in purpose instead of profit alone. Every brand I’ve created is designed to serve people, solve real problems, and make a lasting difference in the community.
What sets me apart is that my businesses are built on the Word of God. I don’t simply create brands or sell products—I create experiences, build communities, and develop solutions that empower people spiritually, personally, and professionally. My mission is to use every platform God has entrusted to me to inspire confidence, create opportunities, and leave a legacy of faith, excellence, and generosity.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Absolutely. My greatest resource is the **Bible**, specifically the **King James Version (KJV)**. God’s Word is the foundation of both my life and my businesses. It guides my decisions, strengthens my faith, and reminds me to lead with integrity, purpose, and excellence.
Beyond Scripture, I regularly use AI and creative technology to increase productivity, streamline my workflow, and bring ideas to life. I also invest time in learning through business and leadership books, branding and marketing resources, and educational content that helps me continue growing as both an entrepreneur and a leader.
Prayer is another essential part of my daily routine. It keeps me grounded, gives me clarity, and reminds me that true success comes from following God’s direction rather than relying solely on my own understanding.
I believe that personal growth never stops. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, improve, and evolve so I can better serve my clients, my community, and the people God has called me to impact.
