Let’s jump in with a fun one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Recently? The fact that little by little I am getting bookings for special events such as Weddings, An Industry Networking Mixer plus other events. My small business is slowly picking up and I am grateful.

Hello, my name is Faustino Deblas, and I’m the proud owner of Iconic Moments 360, a photo booth company dedicated to transforming ordinary events into unforgettable experiences. We specialize in immersive 360 video booths that capture every angle of life’s most memorable moments.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who taught you the most about work?
I’ve been fortunate to cross paths with some incredible people throughout my journey, but the ones who truly shaped my work ethic are my parents. They instilled in me the importance of showing up on time, bringing positive energy wherever I go, treating everyone with respect, and always giving my best no matter the task.
Their example taught me that success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about character, consistency, and heart. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without their guidance and example. I’m proud to carry on their legacy every day through my work, and my hope is to pass those same values down to my future children.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
That’s a tough one, honestly. I could say so much to my younger self, but if I had to choose just one thing, it would be: don’t be afraid.
Don’t be afraid to take risks. Don’t be afraid to step into something new. Don’t be afraid of failing or of what people might think. You are capable, you are talented, and you have so much love and light to give to this world.
Never let fear or doubt make you shrink yourself. People will question you—some will even doubt you—but let that fuel your fire. Keep believing, keep pushing, and prove to yourself just how far you can go.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
I make it a point to keep my personal life and business separate—it helps me stay focused and grounded. But even with that balance, I never lose sight of who I am. I bring my true self into everything I do.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That’s a powerful question. If there’s one story I’d want people to tell about me when I’m gone, it would be that no matter what life threw my way—the challenges, the setbacks, the highs and lows—I never gave up. I kept pushing forward, kept working hard, and made it a point to truly live life to the fullest.
Beyond business or accomplishments, what matters most to me is how I made people feel. I’d hope to be remembered as someone with a genuine heart—someone who brought joy, showed love freely, and treated others with kindness. Because at the end of the day, that’s the kind of legacy I want to leave behind: one built on love, positivity, and compassion.
