Today we’d like to introduce you to Faith Omowu.
Hi Faith, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am Faith Omowu, a Registered Real Estate Surveyor and the founder and CEO of Faith Omowu & Co., a real estate and property management firm based in Lagos- Nigeria.
My journey began with my professional background in real estate surveying, which gave me a strong foundation in property, land matters, valuation support and due diligence. I obtained my company seal in 2011 and officially began operations in 2012.
Over the years, I have worked with property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants, and I gradually saw a recurring need beyond transactions — properties needed to be properly managed, maintained and protected after the deal was done. This led me to develop a stronger focus on property and facility management, maintenance coordination and helping property owners get their investments properly managed.
Today, through Faith Omowu & Co, I work with property owners and clients on property management, facility management, sales and letting, property advisory, inspections and maintenance coordination.
What has kept me going is the belief that real estate is not just about buying or selling property. It is about protecting the value of that property and ensuring that things are properly done. That belief is reflected in our motto: “Get It Done.”
My journey is still evolving, but my goal remains the same — to provide practical, transparent and dependable real estate solutions while building a business that people can trust.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. I am still in the process of building and growing my business, and along the way, I have faced challenges such as getting the right clients, managing cash flow, navigating a competitive real estate industry, and dealing with the unexpected demands that come with managing properties and maintaining client relationships.
There have also been times when things did not go according to plan, and I have had to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward. Building a business requires patience, consistency, and resilience, and I am still learning every day.
Rather than seeing these challenges as setbacks, I see them as part of the building process. They have taught me to be more strategic, to understand my clients better, to improve my systems, and to remain committed to delivering quality service. I may not be where I ultimately want the business to be yet, but I am proud of the progress I have made and I am still building.

Faith Omowu & Co is a Lagos-based real estate surveying and property management firm, founded and led by Faith Omowu, a Registered Real Estate Surveyor. We have been operating since 2012, with a growing focus on real estate maintenance, facility management and property management.
We help property owners protect the value of their investments by ensuring that properties are properly managed, maintained and kept functional. Our services include property and facility management, property inspection, maintenance coordination, sales and letting, advisory services, valuation support, and assistance with property-related documentation and due diligence.

I also care deeply about integrity, transparency, accountability and getting things done properly. As I continue building Faith Omowu & Co, I want the brand to be known not just for the services we offer, but for the confidence and peace of mind we give our clients.
