Like any small business, we’ve faced our share of challenges. In the early days, it was all about juggling limited resources—working long hours, managing every part of the operation ourselves, and earning the trust of the community one customer at a time.
As we grew, scaling up brought its own set of hurdles: hiring and training the right team, maintaining consistent quality across multiple locations, and keeping up with changes in technology and customer expectations. The COVID-19 pandemic was another major test because it forced us to adapt quickly, rethink our services, and focus more on contactless solutions and delivery.
But through every challenge, we’ve learned, adjusted, and kept moving forward. The support of our customers and the commitment of our team have been key to getting us through the tough times.
