Jasmine Pachar of Houston on Life, Lessons & Legacy

Jasmine Pachar shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Jasmine, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
The challenge of constant discover. I’m learning to love the process.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Jasmine Pachar, a faith-based creative and content creator for Marie Flanigan Interiors and MarieFlanigan.com. I lead digital storytelling across both brands by shaping how our projects, products, and people are shared online through photo, video, and social content.

My work is inspired by faith, craftsmanship, and the details that make a home feel alive. I believe beauty serves a deeper purpose, and that storytelling can invite people to see the meaning in design beyond what meets the eye.

Outside of my work with Marie Flanigan, I am developing personal projects that celebrate creativity, family, and intentional living. My hope is to encourage others to slow down and find inspiration in the ordinary moments that shape a beautiful life.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I never gave in to what the world told me to be. I have been and always be a multi-hyphenate creative.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Keep doing what you are doing; the world always changes. It’s you who needs to remain consistent.

Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
The biggest lie the industry tells itself is that creativity is all about self. Self-expression. It’s not…It’s about everything else. It’s about giving voices to the things unseen, embracing light and glorifying God.

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If immortality were real, what would you build?
Oh, but it is. In Christ, we have eternal life. I’d keep doing my part to make sure Heaven is full.
