We’re looking forward to introducing you to Jon Marie Weaver-Rogers. Check out our conversation below.
Jon Marie, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
I’m being called to finally step out on faith, no more hesitation, no more second-guessing. For too long, fear made me play small, holding me back from opportunities that were meant for me. But now, I feel a deeper pull to trust God’s timing and direction, even when I can’t see the full picture. I’m being called to move forward boldly, to walk through doors I once stood outside of, and to embrace the unknown with confidence that faith, not fear, will guide my next steps.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Jon Marie Weaver-Rogers, the Founder and Owner of N.A.P. Productions, a brand built on creativity, confidence, and purpose being Differ3nt. At N.A.P. Productions, I design unique apparel that encourages individuality and self-expression. What makes my brand special is that every piece tells a story, a reminder to be bold, authentic, and unafraid to stand out.
Right now, I’m in the process of trademarking my brand, which is an exciting step toward expanding and protecting what I’ve worked hard to build. N.A.P. Productions isn’t just about fashion; it’s about empowering others to embrace their own unique design, because being different isn’t a flaw, it’s your signature. My latest announcement is that I have become an approved seller on Amazon.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My father saw me clearly before I could see myself. He recognized my potential, strength, and purpose long before I fully understood them. Where I saw uncertainty, he saw promise. He spoke life into my dreams, pushed me to rise higher, and reminded me that faith and hard work could take me anywhere. His belief in me gave me the courage to start believing in myself, and that vision still guides me today.
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
Yes, I remember a time someone truly listened to me. I told them we could start their own clothing line, and instead of brushing it off, they believed in the idea. They told me to go ahead and design and print it, so I did. Seeing their excitement and watching that vision turn into a real brand was powerful. It reminded me that when someone truly listens and trusts your creativity, amazing things can happen.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
A belief and project I’m fully committed to, no matter how long it takes, is getting my items into retail stores. I believe my designs deserve to be seen, felt, and worn by people everywhere. It’s more than just a business goal; it’s a dream built on persistence, creativity, and faith. I know it won’t happen overnight, but I’m dedicated to putting in the work, learning, growing, and staying consistent until N.A.P. Productions is sitting proudly on store shelves.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m creating and listening to music. There’s something powerful about that combination, the rhythm inspires my ideas, and the creative process lets me express what words can’t. It’s my escape, my therapy, and my reset all in one. In those moments, everything feels aligned, no pressure, no noise, just pure flow and peace.
