Karina, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
My kids
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a single mom 1 year free of cancer
I started on May 2023 a mini pancakes place instagram able to take nice pictures
My place I decorated friendly and pink
Modern and we offered or and bring the viral items for people to try in our place is a family friendly place sitting area available we make everything from scratch nothing is prepared before order
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Breast Cancer
I see life differently I enjoy every minute of my life and my family been close to be gone and realize that the world keeps rolling is hard and not leaving a stamp for people to remember me specially my kids I want to show them that everything is possible and the only thing can stop us is our own fears and dead
If God with us everything is possible just trust him
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes every single bad review from people every single time that I was sick fighting with cancer and see all the bad comments not about my food more that I should close down because the staff or the smell or whatever they were not happy with

I will stop care about others before me
