Hi Pat, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
I can get lost in writing and journaling. Rediscovery childhood memories unfolding between the lines on the pages. Reflecting on moments in life that challenged me and helped to mold the person I am today. This is the time I find myself again.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Howdy,
I am Pat Weatherspoon-Hall also known as The Christian Life Coach. I love to eat good food, trying new restaurants, thrift shopping, and making sure I schedule self-care time. I am a native Houstonian, a Graduate of Houston Baptist University, and Houston Graduate School of Theology. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition, I am a speaker and a published author, having written Loving Me Back To Life: Letters To My Husband and co-authored The Businesswoman’s Bible Study. Most importantly, I am a daughter of the King.
I opened the door to entrepreneurship nearly 10 years ago as the Founder of Genesis Rejuvenation Center LLC. As a Life Coach and Mental Health Advocate, I help women create mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wealth. Guiding them as they maneuver through divorce, toxic relationships, and life trauma. I call these women conquerors as they walk into the life God has specifically designated for them.
While each person’s story might be relatable, we each experience situations uniquely. Having experienced brokenness after a devastating divorce, I discovered healing had to begin from the inside out. I took the time to take care of me. Through this experience, my signature program Healing from Brokenness was birthed. This 12-week program is structured to help women pick up the broken pieces left behind and begin their healing journey from the inside out. It is a transformation.
If you look closely, the logo for Genesis Rejuvenation Center LLC, you will notice the green butterfly. Green is my favorite color and the butterfly represents transformation. This serves as a reminder to the women I work with that they are going through a transformation and something beautiful will be the result.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed that because I was a girl, I did not have a voice. I no longer believe that is true. If I had continued to believe this, I would not be in the position today of helping other women find their voices.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self that she is enough.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
No matter how long it takes, I am committed to helping women find peace, heal from their past, and live in their truth.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I am sipping on a cup of hot tea, ushering in the word of God and immediately journalling my prayers and thoughts. This sets the tone for the entire day ahead.
