Hi Jackie , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
How or why i started? I needed to find something to help bring income in since I had recently became a stay at home mom. I wanted to feel i was also providing. I tried baking, I just didn’t feel the boom from that. I ran across some handmade soaps and candle pictures and my kind went everywhere! I liked what I saw, I thought it was cool, but I wanted to put a Jackie twist to it. I ordered my supplies and got to work. I started a few weeks before mother’s day and teachers appreciation week. Everything i had made sold out and even got my first big order. This may will be 2 years I’ve been in business. There’s been highs and lows. I’ve met great people and other businesses along the way. But I truly wouldn’t be here without the support from my customers. I now also offer lip scrubs, body scrubs, decor, thank you gifts for special events. And I can’t wait to see what’s next for Jb.creations!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road. There are times I had no sales. Nothing! Also, with this economy going up, so did material.

I make candles, soaps, and body/face scrubs. If you hear Jb.creations that’s literally what people that know my business think of.
The thing I’m most proud of is creating something that already existed but putting my touch to it and making it unique.

I’m a very busy mommy of 6 and still manage to make my business keep going, I attend pop ups. I started this and still keep doing this for my family. My biggest supporter is my husband.
