In January of 2015, we opened our doors to the public, to provide high quality land surveying services to the greater Houston Area. Through a family friend Shane Ware came on-board in May 2015, Destiny found us in June 2015 and Roy Martinez is our latest addition in July 2016. At four employees strong, our growth is attributed to the positivity and hard work of our employees, working hard, working late, working weekends and working in the Texas Summer HEAT!!
Has it been a smooth road?
Our road to success has been mired with challenges daily and weekly, including dealing with unreasonable people, finding funding for projects, and learning from the failures of the previous day. These failures are the result of trying new things and stepping out or our comfort zones, away from corporate America, and trying to build a lifestyle and build our income in the Houston Area based depending on ourselves and each other.

Action Surveying provides professional property line surveys and FEMA elevation certificates for residential and commercial land all across Texas. We are most proud of using top of the line equipment and technology on a daily basis. We feel we are adding youthfulness to our client interactions while providing the small business friendliness, come to be expected from a home-grown Texas Company. What sets us apart is that all of our clients have access to the owner’s cell phone and can call him with questions about their specific project.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Houston has been great to us! The great City of Houston has provided us with more property survey work than we can handle. Our location places us in proximity to Pasadena, South Houston, Pearland, Clear Lake, and Houston proper. This location places us close to the great diversity of our clients ranging from private individuals looking to build a dream home, or those whom have acquired property and may just need a fence on the property line for the time being. We also work with banks, mortgage lenders and commercial developers to build hotels, gas stations and fast food restaurants.
