Brittani, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Regal Event Designs was birthed from a desire to serve others and curate beautiful experiences that would last a lifetime! Oh.. And eat cake! I have always had the instinct and the knack to organize and manage projects, but often found myself unfulfilled with an itch to create and serve others beyond the typical 9-5.
My talents began as a means to serve my closest friends and family for intimate parties mixed with a few weddings over the course of a couple of years. I and others noticed that I literally came alive when in action! It was always a pure adrenaline rush to make other’s dreams come true, so much that I would literally forget to eat. Listen, if it makes you forget to eat, then it’s got to be your passion, right?
My life’s motto is to “Expect The Unexpected”! No matter if it’s a dinner party for 20 or a wedding celebration for 400, know that a flawless event is all in the details… and so is the stress, so why not call in the experts to be the burden bearer! I’m simply passionate about breathing life into my client’s event/wedding dreams and vision!
Has it been a smooth road?
My business has had its share of challenges, but they were all growth opportunities for myself and my team. I think the most gratifying struggles were understanding the power of “no.” For a few different reasons at that. I learned that every client is not for our services and we are not for every bride/ client … and that is OKAY!
In order to best execute our client’s vision, we must be able to align ourselves with it… and that doesn’t always happen! In all honesty, I would be doing a disservice to them.
I’ve provided them recommendations that I believed were a better fit and it worked out beautifully! There’s enough love for everyone. RED pride’s itself in providing services in the truest spirit of excellence and will accept nothing less. Quality over quantity any day!
