Meet Claudia Ayala and Beatriz Olmedillo of The Latina Power

Today we’d like to introduce you to Claudia Ayala and Beatriz Olmedillo.

Claudia and Beatriz, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
The Latina Power is a community of empowered mujeres looking to connect, collaborate, and grow together. We started in 2018 with a dream to create a platform where Latinas can get an extra motivation and be empower by each other. Through our uplifting and transformative events we bring speakers that share their incredible testimonies of success with our audience who are looking the same empowering transformation in their life.

Our mission is to empower successful Latinas to create a love life that’s fulfilling, joyful, and aligned with their true desires.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Many ups and downs and moments of stress, like in every business. But overall we were able to manage them thru communication and hard work.

Our major stress, I think is the minutes before every event, the unknowing, waiting for something to happen or go wrong, but at the end we enjoy it so much, the days before it’s all about adrenaline.

Please tell us about The Latina Power.
Our community bring the Latinoamerica women together, in our events we welcome every women to come as they are and meet new friends. We bring three speakers to each event and we ask them to tell their story, at a personal level, with this stories we want to demonstrate, inspire and motivate our audience to show them they can also reach their dream.

As a community, I think we are proud of meeting our attendees and listening to their Stories, how The Latina Power has inspired them and motivate them to start their own business or to partner with another lady in the event.

What we set our events apart is the integration along the Latina community, we have attendees from different home countries like Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Venezuela among others, We are all Latinas in there, we feel the sisterhood.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
Yes! Our family and friends, our sponsors and every volunteer that support us in every event. Nothing is possible without them.
