Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Harris.
Jasmine, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started modeling through going the John Casablancas modeling school in 2014-2015. From there, it has been a learning and growing experience. It came full circle for me after leaving college due to getting sick. Since then, I have been working on receiving and perfecting my craft.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
This road has been far from smooth. I’ve ensured a few health struggles and setbacks that I thought would have completely broken me down. There have been times when I felt like giving up.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
Being a model is one of the most amazing titles that I have. I love the fact that I can look so many different ways and channel so many roles. Don’t get me wrong it’s more than just that it’s personality, professionalism, effort, and so many other things that intel when it comes to building a better you. I’ve been modeling almost five years and time has flown by. I think what sets me apart from others is the type of diversity that I bring to the table.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
One of the most amazing moments of my career has been seeing myself in a magazine for the first time. I couldn’t wait to show my mom. It was like one of those, “ this is really me” moments.
