Today we’d like to introduce you to John Petty.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My Business partner and I have been in the business for a combined 50 years. My partner Earle Humphreys is a senior VP with a major Network Security Company. I started my career in the navy as an ISSM (information System Security Manager) for the island of Guam> I covered 23 military installations on the island. This included virus infections to hacker penetrations. After that I have ran multiple computer shops and worked as a manager for Compucom. Handling as much as 200 technicians covering half of the country. I handled the area of North east Texas. With 45 Techs I handled all IT issues for companies like Walmart, Home Depot, Greyhound, Lowes, Target, US bank, Wells Fargo, and many others.
In my current position I’m here to make sure all my customers have the technical advice that keeps them safe. We are dedicated to doing everything we can at a fair price to fix all their systems. Over 20 years in the industry I’ve learned allot. We cover everything a company or person could have on their side. We specialize in computer repairs, gamer builds, network security, video surveillance, home automation, POS systems, network upgrades. Everything our customers need we are always there to handle it 24 hours a day 7 days a week,
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Learning new technologies is always a struggle for our customers. We work hard to make sure everyone is happy and there issues are addressed. But sometimes a virus infection is too intense to recover their data and we have no choice but to start new on everything to get them up and running. Luckily for most we are able to save their data to ensure they don’t have to start over new.

What were you like growing up?
I had a good life growing up but I never really messed with computers. My family is more into cars than anything else. I joined the navy and decided to go into computers and that’s where I learned most of what I know.
