Today we’d like to introduce you to Johnathan and John Calton.
Johnathan and John, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
It all started with a theatre/dance audition through AMTC. Someone asked if we ever thought about modeling, and our response was once or twice. He then stated: You guys are going to model. We immediately began to train to become better actors, models, and entertainers.
After months of preparation, we attended a convention to showcase our talents in front of thousands of people, which quite a few of them were agents from all over the country. Afterward, we were being asked to make decisions on where to live and what we were going to do. Over the past few years, we’ve modeled in New York Fashion Week, we’ve done print ads for many different brands, we’ve acted in films and commercials, and so much more.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, it had been a road of grinding. We’ve had to work hard to discover ourselves, to develop into a brand. We’ve let our No become fuel for our Yes.
We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
We’re Actors, Models, Entertainers, and Influencers. We’re identical twins which is rare. So rare, it’s still a mystery to science. We have a way of making brands look great, and peaking the interest of the public to get people the attention they desire.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
We’ve been fortunate to have good luck. We’ve also surrounded ourselves with great people like directors, models, and so many great minded people.
