LaShanna, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My wellness practice was cultivated through my own personal journey of well-being. The schooling afforded me the opportunity to expand my reach and ability to educate and inspire others just as I had been. Purpose is rarely ever birthed without some degree of pain or trial. I believe that character building is important so that integrity can be maintained in all that we do. There was once a time that I felt shamed and confused about the trials I experienced but I learned that it helped me to be a more relatable voice. There is a scripture in the Bible that says, “Physician heal thyself”. This life of wellness has definitely required me to be a patient of the message. It has been worth it.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Anyone aspiring, pursuing and manifesting dream and destiny will encounter potholes in the road. I’m no different.
My health has been challenged.
My finances have been challenged.
My faith has been challenged.
These challenges were necessary. Now I’m in a space to appreciate them.

LaShanna Leonard Moore LLC is a lifestyle brand; a wellness practice that extends beyond an office. The mission is to educate and create change in the lives of people holistically. My specialties include holistic nutrition, gut/hormone health, reproductive health, weight management, stress management and spiritual wellness.
I’m affectionately known for being an inspirational speaker, charismatic educator and women’s advocate.
What sets me apart from others is that there is only one me, there are no prototypes.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I believe that having morals and ethics are crucial in business. You need to have an accountability system, basic knowledge in business management and business finances.
