Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryley Hall
Hi Ryley, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Music has always been a part of my life. I started singing at a very young age. It wasn’t until I was sixteen and started playing guitar that I realized that I wanted to make my living as an artist.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As with anything you do in life, there will always be ups and downs. And just like life, my musical journey reflects that. Being in the music business is not easy, especially when you suffer from anxiety. There’s this constant struggle to believe in yourself while also overcoming self-doubt. It’s challenging, but music gives me a place to validate my feelings while dealing with the pressure of being an artist.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a musician, singer, actor, and voiceover actor. I am most known for my music but I’m equally passionate about acting. Right now, I am most proud of the new music I’ve been writing. It’s a true reflection of my journey as an artist and as a person.
What sets me apart from others is my positive energy and willingness to work. I have this drive and desire to learn as much as I can, whether it is on stage, in front of the camera, and/or behind the scenes. This outlook has opened many doors for me.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
The music and entertainment industries are constantly changing and evolving. Streaming will continue to be the main way we consume music, television shows and movies. I think we will also see a lot more growth in the indie artist market. Especially with technology making it easier to create and share your content with other creators. Also, with the price of concert tickets skyrocketing, live streaming concerts are going to become more lucrative and accessible to many fans. Live streaming also allows fans to have direct access to the artist and can be more intimate and interactive than traditional concerts.
