Today we’d like to introduce you to Travis Johnson.
Travis, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was in nursing school and decided that it wasn’t for me. So I decided to work with people by helping them be proactive and stay healthy. My goal was and still is to help with steering everyone on to a path of a balanced healthy lifestyle. So for 15 years, I’ve helped many to reach their goals.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get on stage and compete, or do the things you love pain free, the personal fitness and nutrition program I put together for my clients will get you where you want to be.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It wasn’t always easy to get my fitness and nutrition consulting business going strong. There were days I did know how I was going to make it. I got a mentor who I wanted to be like. We met weekly and he taught me everything I needed to know to build my business and keep it going strong. I don’t know where my business would be without my mentor.

My goal is to help everyone reach their goals through fitness and nutrition. I specialize in being an accountability partner. When I see the smile on my clients face when they reach their goals, it reminds me of why I love what I do! I put forth more effort for my clients and give them all the tools they need to reach their goals!
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I wouldn’t change a thing. I started from the bottom and my experiences have allowed me to learn a lot which have allowed me to be prepared to help my clients through anything to reach their goals!
