Today we’d like to introduce you to Tuan Ngo.
Tuan, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started in real-estate learning from my father as an investor 15 years ago. I helped him with fixing up and remodel homes for rent. I started out in Sugar Land with Century 21 as a leasing agent and learning everything from the other realtors in my office. In 2007 social medias was not that popular so it was harder to market and advertise yourself. I remember doing cold call, door knocking, networking, and open house every day possible to be the expert in my profession. I still remember what an honor it was to be named rookie of the year and top producer in Century 21 over a decade ago. I transit from a real estate agent to a recruiter and trainer to help many other brand new realtors as they joined Century 21. As of now, I am the Director of Recruitment for Century 21 Top Realty and look back of all my accomplishments in real estate I really appreciated my parents, friends, family, clients and other agents that have helped and trusted me in this path of my career. Many agents asked what make a professional realtor and my advise is that love your job and wake up every morning enjoying what you do!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My path was not always smooth mainly the loss of my parents five years ago. As the only child it was hard to deal with that situation but thank you so much for great friends and family to supported me. Being a good person doesn’t depend on your religion, your race or your skin color or your culture. It depends on how good is your heart and how good you treat others.
Century 21 Top Realty – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are Houston’s premier real estate brokerage in both residential and commercial properties. Our agents have over 50 years of combined experience! Century 21 Top Realty is a full-service brokerage firm. We offer services in residential, commercial, and investment properties. My goal as the Director of Recruitment is to built caring and professional realtors for 2020. Our agents thoroughly understand the market in the Houston, TX area, and has deep experience working with all parties in real estate transactions. We can negotiate for the prices, terms, and value that are right for our clients and their families.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment of my career is joining Realogy to help more realtors becoming professional in the industry. I feel so honored when I see all of the agents that I have helped in the past to become successful in this industry! To be able to served and helped their clients to transform the American dreams to own a house where they can call home. Also, I recently adopted an amazing maltipoo named Bailey into my heart!
