Meet Whitney Rae’ of Whitney Rae,LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Whitney Rae’.

Hi Whitney Rae’, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Hello I am Whitney Rae’ The Great Goddess Queen. I started my business Whitney Rae Hill, LLC in 2021 while in my cancer healing phase. After a bad separation which led to a divorce which led to living homeless in my car all while my mom passed away I felt overwhelmed with life.
Something I realized is I have always been able to triumph any trauma in my life and for that reason I resorted on focusing on my mindset.
My growth mindset shift is called “The G.R.E.A.T. Perspective” I discovered that after my stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis which was 7 surgeries and 5 years of chemotherapy that if I had the right mindset by strategizing, game planning, and executing “The G.R.E.A.T. Perspective” that I can accomplish anything based on my perspective during that trauma. G.R.E.A.T. is an acronym meaning Get your goals, Release your Scars, Evolve your Mindset, Arrange your Dailies, and Transform your Perspective.
Being a solo serial entrepreneur, I wondered if others had this problem not having a growth mindset in certain predicaments due to trauma responding by either fight, flight, freeze or fawn.
I realized once you know your typical trauma response, finding ways to prepare yourself when uncontrollable predicaments come your way is very beneficial. I made sure to help myself while helping others when I had a radio show called “Crown Chats w/ Whitney Rae” it was a success at All Real Radio in the heart of 3rd Ward in Houston, Texas and I gathered that many people benefited in having a growth mindset and gaining community to help have a consistent growth mindset.
Today as a serial entrepreneur, I help my clients bridge the gap with strategy and execution to ensure their mindset doesn’t how them back from achieving legacy success.
As a proud Puerto Rican Afro-Latina it rejuvenates my spirit to help those that desire to thrive in their businesses and lives while providing for their family and legacy.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I’m not going to lie I was not prepared to take off as quickly as I did in 2021 and actually had to take a break in 2025 because I had to become a full time caregiver to my mom who had stage 4 cancer. After losing my mom, I actually didn’t want to get back to work cause grieving the loss of my mother was EXTREMELY HARD to just get over. Since my mom’s passing in December 2025. I have now slowly opened up bookings for exclusive clients and it has been well for me while seeing I now have a deep passion to be a caregiver and advocate to others less fortunate.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Speaker, Business & Mindset Coach, Educator, Caregiver, Community Leader, Advocate, and Founder. I love to help and empower people to be G.R.E.A.T. By getting their goals, releasing their scars, evolving their mindset, arranging their dailies, and transforming their perspective. By using my signature framework my elite clients stay successful because they have a strategized plan for self and their businesses.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
I believe the quality of my success is having a relationship with my Heavenly Father, Consistency despite the NO’s, and ensuring I customize the assistance needed for my founders, entrepreneurs, and clients. Every person is NOT a one size fits all especially in these entrepreneur streets. Also, quality over quantity. I am not the business or mindset coach for everyone and that’s okay. My clients prefer someone that’s going to be truthful and help them achieve their goals in a timely manner while following through with execution in their business or selves. “I LOVE WHAT I DO & DO WHAT I LOVE!!!” and that’s helping likeminded individuals. This is my preferred way to live my legacy and help be the storyteller and strategist for success to others legacies.
