Every since I was younger, makeup and anything beauty has always interested me. I used to steal my mom’s makeup and use it all over my face. As I got older, I began to watch makeup tutorials on YouTube and social media and I began to grow a stronger interest in makeup. Although I am studying to become a teacher, makeup has and always will be a passion of mine and I hope to expand my technique and learn more about my craft.
Has it been a smooth road?
If I said my journey has been a smooth road, I’d be lying. A big struggle that comes along with doing makeup is trying to build clientele and a good rapport within those clients. Also, building up a makeup collection to use on clients and myself can be difficult because of financial issues.

What I am known for in the Houston area is creating different looks on people’s faces using only makeup. I specialize in all different types of makeup such as event makeup, wedding makeup, and special FX makeup. I am most proud of how far I’ve come just within a year of doing professional makeup. Something that sets me apart from others would be that I am able to cater to many types of people since I am able to do party makeup, date night, wedding, and special FX makeup.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
The thing that I love most about Houston would definitely have to be the love and support that an individual receives from other Houstonians for chasing a dream or doing what they love. Houstonians always stand together and I believe we always will. And what’s not to love about Houston?
