Sherronda, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Let’s see the first 90 minutes of my day start with a quick “Thank You Lord for waking me up to see another day”! I commence to say a quick prayer to the most high and rise up to a big stretch and I’m up. I’m struggling, but I’m moving(i’ve never really been a morning person lol). My phone accompanies me to get the first few morning TO-DOs done…that includes a quick scroll, emails, texts maybe IG/Tiktok to catch the vibe for the day. Next up COFFEE….always COFFEE, my Cafe Ole Texas Pecan or Blueberry Bliss gets me going! Then I’m working to get the girls moving and out the door at the same time I’m mentally running through my day: which client follow up is first and most importantly whether today’s outfit need to say “engineer” or “REALTOR boss.” I send a quick “Good Morning” text to the mister to let him know I’m alive. Move on to the CRM for leads check and check for any HAR updates all while making sure book bags and lunch kits and gym bags are all in the car. The school is a quick 10 minute drive from the neighborhood I drop the girls off and then my commute to the city begins…overall it’s a mix of CHAOS but I’m intentional.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe TRUST breaks the bonds between people. It could take a lifetime to get it back, but it’s about how you move. Ways to restore the bonds come with time and effort. It also depends on what you did to break the TRUST of that person or persons. TRUST is something that is earned and the minute I lose my TRUST in you…yeah I don’t think theres much to work through. I’m a pretty forgiving person though, so I guess time would tell.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
FAILURE is the fear that has held me back the most. I tend to play it safe in my lifetime a-lot of the time. I do believe there are a number of opportunities I missed because of FEAR. I have recently worked through a number of trials and tribulations that have aided me in moving past that FEAR. I understand one, that time is not on my side and there are things I still want to pursue in this life and provide for myself and my family. Deadlines have been set and it’s all about focusing in on my goals and implementing and executing to get the moving. It’s ignoring and blocking out all of the noise in pursuit of these goals and working past the FEAR. At the end of the day it’s ME who has to set the path forward and that’s what I plan to do! Stay tuned, I have some things in the works and I have to see them through!
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Right off the rip, YES, the public version of me is the REAL ME! Now don’t get me wrong, depending on where I’m going for the day/evening I act accordingly, but I’m not about the fake vibes. People can tell in most cases from the vibes you give off. Being YOU is your best bet. My folks say I’m a such a friendly person, which is true, but I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. Nine times out of ten what you see is what you get. I’m intentional about showing up as my full self, funny stylish, a little sassy, but always genuine. I believe people connect best when I’m real with them. Whether it’s business or personal life, I value relationships built on honesty and mutual respect over surface-level appearances.
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I believe for a good majority of my life I’ve been doing what I was told to do. While these actions have led to a pretty comfortable life, I do feel like at a certain point you’ve got to start living for you and what you want out of this ONE LIFE you have. From a child to young adulthood, it’s always been finish high school, go to college, get a degree and a good paying job and you’ll be fine. I legit did every step, no kids before marriage none of that, playng it safe as they say! While I’ve enjoyed my life up until now and all those amazing life changing events, a proposal, being engaged, getting married, having babies, raising my littles. It’s been fulfilling up until now, but I’ve also wondered is this all I’m suppose to do in this life, which is why I’ve been on the pursuit for more which brought about me starting up my real estate career. Let’s just say I’m ready to see where this leads because being a business owner was never what I was told to do. Who knows this probably is what I was born to do, but I’ll never know until I try…FULL TIME THAT IS!! Let’s Gooooo!
