Story & Lesson Highlights with Brett Harmeling of Heights

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Brett Harmeling. Check out our conversation below.

Good morning Brett, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
Meditation, Minerals, Movement. I truly see every day above ground as a blessing. I ask God to bless my family with health, happiness, and favor, and I surrender to letting Him show me how to serve humanity. I then kiss and hug my wife and kids and tell them I love them. Next up is getting the essential minerals and nutrients into my system to stay supercharged throughout the day. Movement is the key to living a happy and healthy life and something that must be incorporated like a life-saving medicine. Never compromise your sleep and practice gratitude from the first breath you take each day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Brett is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and investor involved in wellness, technology, and real estate. As a master-certified yoga instructor and keynote speaker, Brett helps people unlock their full potential through energy optimization, movement, and self-leadership mastery. Brett’s WHY is to inspire people to do what inspires them so that, together, each of us can change our world for the better. Brett leverages his resources and relationships to drive exponential impact globally.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
I was convinced I was a crazy, high-energy kid who didn’t fit in. After many years of work on myself, I realized the best way to change the world was to own who I am and bring that fully unfiltered version to humanity. Life never stops teaching so we must keep learning.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
Losing my sister Kristy is one of the deepest wounds I carry. Grief has been a powerful teacher and allowed me to live every day with purpose and passion. She taught me so many lessons about having boldness in my visions, clarity in my visions, and happiness in my heart.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
I am fully unfiltered and embody the realest version of myself always in all ways.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
My passionate curiosity and drive to see people thrive. I am obsessed with helping others grow personally and professionally.
