What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

Coffee? Workouts? Hitting the snooze button 14 times?  Everyone has their morning ritual and we LOVE hearing about them.  Some of our favorite members of the community share their morning rituals below.

Meditation, Minerals, Movement. I truly see every day above ground as a blessing. I ask God to bless my family with health, happiness, and favor, and I surrender to letting Him show me how to serve humanity. I then kiss and hug my wife and kids and tell them I love them. Read more>>

First 10 minutes I awake gently face routine. (No phone) Pray, give gratitude and set my intention for the day. Drink my water. 10-30 minutes I move my body. That includes light stretching. 30-5o minutes I prepare breakfast. 50-70 minutes I do my Bible reading. I journal and read my affirmations. I also do 5 minutes of breathing exercises. Read more>>

My day usually starts around 5 a.m. The first thing I do is check the marketcap for TexitCoin and catch up on my socials, just to see what’s happening in the digital space. Then it’s coffee time—always essential. Around 6 a.m., I take my 48 hour focaccia dough out of the refrigerator and turn the oven on to start baking focaccia for the day. Read more>>

The first 90 minutes of my day looks like, what calm feels like. I wake up, thank God for another day that was not promised on top of keeping everyone I know safe and protected and covered by him. I also take 2-3 minutes to take a deep breath before my feet hit the floor because after that, its go time. Read more>>

My day starts early with my first salah, Fajr — that’s my foundation. From there, I’ll usually put on an audiobook and take notes while I sip tea or black coffee and get my vitamins in. That way, I’m feeding both my mind and my body. I’m also working on building in a few miles of running as part of my morning rhythm. Read more>>
