Over the past decade we have had the chance to learn about so many incredible folks from a wide range of industries and backgrounds and our highlighter series is designed to give us an opportunity to go deeper into their stories with to goal of understanding them, their thought process, how their values formed and the foundations of their stories. The biggest lie that my industry tell people who go to culinary school is that they are chefs when they’re finished and you don’t become a chef until you work for a big corporation who has deemed you to be a chef with years of experience and pay that comes with the culinary school do not teach you how to become a chef.
